DVDs and Books are shipped out 1-2 days after order is sent. DVDs are also available in full download form on website. Books and DVDs are shipped Priority mail and you will get the tracking number via email once Book or DVD has been shipped.

How long are the videos?
It varies. The time of each is noted in the description.
How long do I have to download the videos?
2 days. Once downloaded, the video is yours to watch as long and as often as you like.
Will this work with a Mac?
