DVDs and Books are shipped out Priority Mail 1-2 days after order is sent. DVDs are also available in full download form on website. You will get the tracking number via email once Book or DVD has been shipped. After purchase, digital downloads will be available in your account for immediate access. You will also get the download link in an email. Make sure to check your spam folder.

How long are the videos?
It varies. The time of each is noted in the description.
How long do I have to download the videos?
2 days. Once downloaded, the video is yours to watch as long and as often as you like.
